  • Position : Admin Assistant (Invoicing/Simple duties) – Up to $3,200 + AWS
  • Location : Toa Payoh Central
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday |9am to 5pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $3,200 + AWS + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter high volumes of invoice data into the company's system.
  • Check invoices for errors and match them against purchase orders.
  • Scan, file, and organize financial documents.
  • Learn and understand the company's specific invoicing software inside and out.
  • Troubleshoot common app issues and report bugs to the IT team or vendor.
  • Help set up new vendors and maintain data within the system.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Nitec in IT field with at least one year of working experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients who can speak mandarin.
