About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager/ Scrum Master to join our Technology Project Management Team. Reporting to the Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager, this role is responsible for delivering assigned technology and business projects, supporting Agile teams, coordinating deployments, and contributing to incident management efforts.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and stakeholder updates.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align schedules and resources.
  • Support incident triage, impact assessment, and deployment activities, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in project delivery, Agile execution, or related roles.
  • Practical knowledge of Scrum, Agile ways of working, and project governance practices.
  • Strong coordination, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and escalate blockers promptly.
