At Vanir Global Markets, our Middle Office team plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth and efficient processes following Front Office activities. The team ensures the accurate entry of trades and the timely delivery of market data to our clients, enabling seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within middle office to ensure smooth operations and improve market efficiency.
  • Preparation, generation, and dissemination of all reports.
  • Conducting post-trade processes such as accurate trade entries and timely delivery of trade confirmations.
  • Keep detailed records of trade transactions in our database systems, ensuring adherence to compliance and operational standards.
  • Review trade history for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Validating the correctness of invoices and billing-related outputs based on trade data.
  • Respond to client enquiries related to trades, confirmations, and other post-trade matters in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:

Required:
  • Diploma in any discipline that demonstrates analytical or logical ability (e.g., Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, etc.).
Candidates without a diploma may also apply if they have relevant work experience that reflects strong communication, coordination, logical and administrative capabilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure to ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks during market hours.
  • Clear and effective communication skills; able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Singaporean Citizenship or Permanent Resident status in Singapore.
Preferred:
  • Prior experience in Middle Office operations at a brokerage is beneficial though not required.
  • Familiarity with VBA is advantageous, though not required.
