The Opportunity:

  • 5 days work week (Office Hour) - Hybrid working available

Duties:

  • Manage Contact Centre operations related to loyalty programme matters, including account management, points crediting, tier progression, and service feedback.
  • Handle escalated member cases with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Safeguard programme integrity by resolving issues related to points, rewards, and personal data.
  • Monitor escalations and identify recurring service or process issues; coordinate with internal teams to implement improvements.
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and provide actionable insights through regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Support system troubleshooting and readiness for new rollouts, automation initiatives, and process updates.
  • Maintain SOP manuals and training materials; deliver briefings to tenants and frontline staff to promote service excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align initiatives and foster cross-functional partnerships.
  • Conduct regular audit checks to ensure compliance and mitigate operational risks.
  • Provide operational support for loyalty-related parking and marketing initiatives.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in administrative or project support roles
  • Candidates with no exp but brings high drive to succeed and wiliness to learn can be considered
  • Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS office tools, PowerBI, Pivot table and other relevant application is advantageous
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is advantageous.
