Maintenance Technician -V1108

Summary:

  • Working Day: Monday - Friday
  • Working hours: 0800hrs to 1715hrs
  • ⁠Address: Jurong East Region, ( A 10 mins bus ride from MRT)
  • Salary: $1800 - $2700
  • Bike : Allowance $325
  • 80% out of office, 20% in office.

Jobscope:

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works in accordance to the schedule
  • Carry out corrective maintenance works as when required
  • Observe safety work procedures
  • Ensure proper keeping and use of tools
  • Observe proper work behaviour while working
  • Perform standby works when required
  • Follow up on breakdown report and assist Standby Section where required
  • Report to the superiors on all matters relating to team
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior
  • Keep proper records of works carried out in the relevant reports
  • Attend to the building or equipment inspections as required, by law (BCD, FSB)
  • Assist in conducting and investigating of damages/accidents to equipment or personnel
  • Follow up on QC and QA defects. Ensure compliance to Environmental policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution

Requirement:

  • Minimum Nitec in any Engineering is advantageous
  • Experience preferred in lift Industry
  • Microsoft Words, PowerPoint and Excel skills such as creation of table and analysing of data
  • Certificate of Competency (CoC) will be advantageous but not mandatory

Benefits:

  • VB : Averagely 2months (depends on company performance)
  • Annual Leave : 12 days (earn leave system)
