Senior Hook Up Engineer Facilities Engineering

Job Responsibility:
• Tool Hook-Up Leadership: Lead all phases of cleanroom tool hook-up including pre-installation planning, rigging, placement, and utility connections.
• System Integration: Coordinate with facility engineers, equipment vendors, and contractors to ensure accurate integration of tools into the fab infrastructure.
• Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed schedules for tool installations, monitor progress, report status to senior management, and proactively resolve delays or issues. Manage cleanroom related projects, such as upgrading, expansion projects
• Process & Safety Compliance: Ensure all tool installations and operations comply with cleanroom protocols, EHS regulations, and industry standards.
• Technical Expertise & Support: Provide hands-on technical guidance for troubleshooting and resolving tool startup issues;
• Documentation & SOP Development: Prepare and maintain accurate records of utility connections, tool configurations, calibration data, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise and mentor technicians and contractors, foster cross-functional teamwork, and drive performance improvements through process optimization.
• Continuous Improvement project.
• Carry out Facilities work request as assigned And any other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
● Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering. Project Management or relevant discipline / PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
● Minimum 3-5 years of work experience on M&E and Wafer Fab Hook Up Work.
● Good management and presentation skills
● Good technical knowledge in Facility systems
● Good interpersonal and communication skills
● Able to lead and coordinate to the team
