We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Operations Executive
to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will support the sales team by optimizing operational processes, ensuring smooth sales workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making to drive growth and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by managing and optimizing sales processes, including lead tracking, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights on sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, and customer support) to ensure smooth sales operations and execution
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Develop and streamline sales reporting tools and dashboards to monitor team performance and key metrics
  • Assist in the creation of sales strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue generation
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and coordinating meetings
  • Support the onboarding process for new sales team members and provide training on tools, processes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and sales commissions
  • Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for client meetings
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to provide recommendations for improving sales strategies


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Operations Executive, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting and data analysis
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to streamline processes and identify areas for operational efficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Must be
    Singaporean
    or have a
    valid work pass
    for Singapore
