About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and creative individual who thrives in a team environment and is eager to contribute to a fast-growing pharmaceutical business. The ideal candidate is well-organized, capable of multitasking and results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and achieve sales targets across our pharmaceutical portfolio in the hospital and specialist markets.
- Identify, manage and expand customer accounts to strengthen our market presence.
- Achieve sales revenue and account objectives within assigned territories.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals (HCPs), hospitals and key stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and provide scientific and product information.
- Proactively handle objections and concerns from HCPs, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Perform market intelligence and competitive analysis, identity emerging trends and develop retaliatory or defensive strategies to maintain brand competitiveness,
Requirements:
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales (hospital/specialist market) preferred but not mandatory.
Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, motivated and outgoing personality with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and meetings.
- Immediate opening. Prior Degree not obligatory: experience holds weight.
