What You need to do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, both internally and with clients.
  • Ensure all project documentation, including contracts and reports, is accurately maintained and updated
  • Provide admin support to the sales team, including preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Process sales orders and invoices and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely billing and payment.
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries and channel them to the appropriate sales representative.

What You need to have:

  • Diploma in Business Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach
  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
  • Able to start immediately or short notice period preferred.
