A Main Contractor is looking for talent as M&E Engineer for a Building project. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Control site progress and installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical submissions for on-time completion.
  • Appraise works/ products to ensure compliance to specifications and requirements.
  • Coordinate M&E drawings and produce CSD and individual service drawings delivery.
  • Conduct QA/QC inspections.
  • Provide and maintain all site inspection records and T&C records are up to date.
  • Check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E subcontractor/ NSC vendors progress payments, including instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by subcontractors and vendors.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Good technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical trades.
  • Good knowledge of local codes/ regulations pertaining to M&E services, building construction and safety.
