Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and coordinate Mechanical and Electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects.
  • Review and ensure M&E designs, drawings, and specifications comply with project requirements, codes, and standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth integration of M&E services with structural and architectural elements.
  • Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of M&E systems such as HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, power distribution, and lighting.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose corrective actions to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Review shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements for approval.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for technical clarifications and approvals.
  • Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and progress documentation.
  • Support project handover and maintenance documentation upon completion.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • Familiar with local codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements.
  • At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in M&E design, coordination, or site supervision.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant M&E design software.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
