Job Overview:We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Marketing Operations Assistant to support the execution of marketing events and roadshows. This role will be responsible for the movement of equipment and materials in and out of event spaces, managing marketing inventories, and ensuring smooth operational support for all marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the set-up, dismantling, and logistics of all marketing events, activations, and roadshows.
  • Handle the movement and transportation of event materials, displays, and equipment to and from venues.
  • Manage the marketing storeroom, including proper organization, stock-keeping, and regular inventory checks.
  • Ensure all marketing equipment, props, and materials are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Provide on-ground support during events, including assisting the marketing team with operational needs.
  • Drive company vehicle(s) when required to transport marketing materials or staff to event sites.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the marketing team's operational needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
  • Able to perform manual handling tasks and comfortable with event material movement.
  • Possess a valid driving license (Class 3/3A).
  • Basic organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when events are scheduled.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
