Job Summary

A high-performance livestream operations role for organised, adaptable executors who thrive under pressure, manage livestreams, admin, and events with precision, and leverage AI tools to raise operational standards. This role demands speed, structure, and accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end livestream operations including preparation, technical setup, live coordination, and post-event closure with accuracy and reliability.
  • Handle critical administrative tasks and customer service promptly and professionally to support daily operations.
  • Support event setup and logistics with clear ownership, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
  • Integrate AI tools into workflows to boost productivity, streamline processes, and enhance content handling.
  • Execute ad-hoc operational projects independently, maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, logistics) to ensure seamless communication and execution across departments.
  • Balance multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining composure, accuracy, and high operational standards.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance livestream and event operational efficiency over time.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational discipline and proven ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering accurate work under pressure without supervision.
  • Familiarity with livestream platforms (e.g. Facebook Live, TikTok, Shopee) and eagerness to learn new digital tools quickly.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to adopt AI tools for operations, content handling, or workflow optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, structured, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable handling administrative, customer-facing, and event-related tasks concurrently.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
