  • Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Technical Solution Consultant (Ads).
  • Candidates who are able to start work within short notice would be preferred.
  • This is a 6-months contractual assignment.
The Job
Summary

This role involves taking a consultative and customer-centric approach to help large advertisers achieve their business and marketing objectives through the implementation of advanced technical and media solutions. As a Technical Solution Consultant, you will collaborate closely with sales teams and clients to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and design scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with the client's existing technology and marketing infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with external clients and internal stakeholders to understand business and marketing goals through a consultative approach.
  • Lead client meetings to identify opportunities for technical and media engagements that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Develop deep expertise in advertising products, client infrastructure, and solution offerings to design or advise on tailored technical and media strategies.
  • Manage complex, multi-phase projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful business and revenue results.
  • Conduct planning and quarterly business reviews to oversee service delivery performance and progress on revenue goals.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients as a technical advisor, providing strategic guidance and insights.
The Talent
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for customers or internal partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with advertising technologies, particularly in App user acquisition, analytics, and retention.
  • Experience working within an industry vertical (e.g., Gaming, Media & Entertainment, or Super Apps), with understanding of digital trends and business challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in project or program management, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects independently.
  • Hands-on experience building proofs of concept using web or scripting technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL).
