Job Purpose

You will be responsible for delivering product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations, while also supporting solution design, configuration, and implementation to ensure effective adoption by clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and training sessions for clients and partners.
  • Implement and configure solutions across Microsoft 365, cloud, and virtualization platforms.
  • Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting, system upgrades, and solution enhancements.
  • Guide customers throughout the solution lifecycle to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with international teams to contribute to client projects and deliver value-added solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of IT experience in cloud, virtualization, or application monitoring.
  • Practical expertise in Microsoft 365, Citrix, and VMware (required).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies to address business needs.
  • Professional certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, or VMware will be an advantage.
