Project Title: Implementation of SONOTECH Flow Sensors in Manufacturing Processes
Project Overview: The aim of this project is to integrate SONOTECH flow sensors into our manufacturing processes to enhance monitoring and control of fluid dynamics. This project will involve the installation of SONOTECH sensors, data collection, analysis, and optimization of fluid flow to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Objectives:
- To install SONOTECH flow sensors in key areas of the manufacturing process.
- To collect and analyze data from the sensors to monitor fluid flow.
- To optimize fluid dynamics based on the data collected.
- To improve overall efficiency and reduce waste in the manufacturing process.
Scope:
- Installation: Identify key areas for sensor installation and complete the installation of SONOTECH flow sensors.
- Data Collection: Set up data collection systems to gather information from the sensors.
- Analysis: Analyze the data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
- Optimization: Implement changes based on the analysis to optimize fluid flow.
- Monitoring: Continuously monitor the system to ensure optimal performance.
Deliverable: Implementation of SONOTECH flow senors onto live tool system with real life application
Impact of Project: Optimisation of fluid flow and reduce waste of fluid.
Skillset Require: General problem solving, data analytics, programming language R, Engineering.
Course of interests: Engineering related courses, i.e., Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Robotics.
Duration Period: min 5 months (Semester Internship from Sept/Oct 2025 to Mar 2026)
