Experience first-hand on the world leading NAND manufacturing process in F10 Micron, guided hands-on maintenance activities on manufacturing tool and insights to the daily operations of a world class fabrication plant

Project Scope:

During your internship, you will be:

• introduced to the different manufacturing processes available in the F10 Micron
• assigned a mentor who will guide and share with you the different maintenance events, manufacturing tool release procedure, planning and execution of continuous improvement projects in your internship journey and how all these different pieces of a puzzle come together to impact the manufacturing metrics in a wafer fabrication plant.
• develop critical thinking skills, growth mindset along with strategic planning and execution skills in you.

Project Deliverables:

As part of this internship at the wafer fabrication plant, the opportunity will be presented to demonstrate your understanding on

• the manufacturing processes
• scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events
• basic competency in performing hands-on for different scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• the manufacturing tool releases post maintenance events
• proficiency in the planning and execution of a continuous improvement project
• manufacturing metrics and their impacts

Requirements:

• Qualification/knowledge in Electrical & Electronic, Chemical, Mechanical, Material Engineering or equivalent
• Passion and interest in semiconductor frontend fabrication and memory industry
• Excellent interpersonal communication and team working skills
• Strong personal initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• knowledge in programming /scripting will beneficial to the role
