We're searching for **Senior Engineer / Engineer** to be part of our **Diffusion WET** diverse team of talents. You will be responsible for daily operations in the Diffusion WET Equipment modules.

**What you will be working on**:

- Perform corrective & preventive maintenance on equipment to maintain good quality & productivity performance.
- Provide 24×7 support for troubleshooting equipment & problem solving in Factory operations floor.
- Maintain documentations for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes.
- Develop continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and cost of ownership.
- Drive innovation in factory automation, processes and systems to improve productivity.
- Coordinate, supervise & develop a team of high performance equipment engineers.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Chemical/Electrical & Electronics/Materials/Mechanical/Microelectronics/Physics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in WET equipment or related module
- Highly motivated & strong team player
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
- Quality 1st mindset & strong analytical, problem solving skills
