Responsibilities

Policy Governance & Development

  • Draft, review, and update internal policies, SOPs, and process guidelines to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and organizational objectives.
  • Ensure policy documentation is consistent, clearly structured, and accessible for internal stakeholders.

Compliance Implementation & Controls

  • Oversee organization-wide implementation of policies, ensuring proper communication, training, and understanding across departments.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Internal Process Auditing & Monitoring

  • Conduct regular internal audits and process reviews to assess effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance issues; develop corrective action plans and monitor follow-through.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure policies and processes are practical, risk-aware, and supportive of business operations.
  • Provide advisory support to departments regarding compliance requirements and process improvements.

Documentation, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain a centralized repository for all policies, procedures, and audit records.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports, audit findings, and recommendations to management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls and enhance process efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, compliance, HR/operations policy management, or process governance.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, labor laws and compliance standards.
  • Excellent command of English with strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage change, and influence stakeholders effectively.
