We are looking for someone who is excited to work in an AI start-up and is willing to develop him/herself in the HRTech space. This role would be ideal for someone who is tech-savvy and has meticulous attention to detail.

In this role, you’ll get to:

- Work closely with department heads or stakeholders to coordinate the creation, review and implementation of risk guidelines, manuals and operational processes, ensuring compliance requirements are adhered to across departments
- Develop risk management plans and conducting vulnerability assessments on projects to meet compliance and regulatory requirements
- Manage audit and regulatory reviews from coordination and communication with internal and external auditors, to implementation and follow-up with internal stakeholders
- Conducting internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance
- Implement best practices, systems and technologies in risk management
- Support Data Protection Office in the planning, execution and delivery of personal data protection initiatives

So here’s what we are looking for:

- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in managing IT and operational risks
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, PDPA, GDPR, CSA STAR requirements
- Audit experience is a bonus
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Passion for working in a start-up and fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
