About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team at ONE ENGINEERS PTE LTD'. As a full-time role based in the Upper Paya Lebar North-East Region, this position will play a vital part in supporting our Accounting operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
  • Provide support with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient completion of accounting tasks
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant qualification or experience in Accounting or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and organised approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
