Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all lifting operations on site.
- Collaborate with lifting supervisors, crane operators, riggers, and other personnel involved in lifting operations.
- Ensure lifting operations comply with health and safety legislation and company standards.
- Ensure proper inspection and certification of lifting equipment and accessories.
- Communicate the lifting plan to the team and ensure understanding of procedures and hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of lifting plans, permits, equipment inspections, and incident reports.
- Scheduling the equipment fleet and distributing/allocating job assignment to Operators and crane attendant.
- Receiving the booking order of equipment, scheduling and deploying accordingly.
- Monitor on the LM and LG issuance and/or renewal and liaise with respective Department in charge respectively;
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE '0' Level;
- Good communications and interpersonal skills;
- Good familiarity with crane and equipment deployment will be advantageous;
- Ability to handle work pressure;
- Highly motivated and self driven;
- Good and dynamic team player.
