We are looking for someone who is excited by the challenge of launching and growing a market from the ground up. This role will be responsible for building our new brand - Chipotle, oversee the financial performance to deliver strong revenue results to achieve Brand's success.

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Brand Leader to lead and elevate brand presence, marketing effectiveness in Singapore. This key role will drive alignment between global brand vision and local market execution.

  • Setting up the brand presence in Singapore.
  • Develop, execute and drive business strategies to build brand presence and drive profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for outlet expansion and brand development.
  • Champion the implementation of brand strategy, ensuring consistency while adapting to local market needs.
  • Define, develop and strengthen brand identity/positioning in Singapore.
  • Champion brand standards and uphold a consistent, high-quality food and dining experience.
  • Work in close partnership with the brand owners for brand standard alignment and compliance.
  • Foster seamless communication and collaboration across departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar capacity.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Track record of setting up new brand.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and partners.
  • Highly flexible, adaptable and resourceful.
