**Director of Sales - APAC**

Singapore.

**Role Impact**:

- **Revenue Growth** - As our Director of Sales you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across key retail partners and opening new business in APAC region.
- **Relationship Management** - You will be the brand ambassador to some of our largest retail partners, building strong relationships and providing timely, professional support on a day-to
- day basis.
- **Teamwork** - We are a small team making a positive impact in the beauty industry and we rely on all our team members to work closely together to support the business every day.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth across existing retail partners, as well as ensuring partners are presenting product to the Pixi standard.
- Full P&L responsibility for all APAC retailers, ensuring each account is maximizing profitability.
- Work closely with senior management team to develop sell-in targets for all APAC partners, in-line with global revenue goal.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities, including market analysis, feasibility studies, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute entry strategies for new markets or retailers.
- Work closely with General Manager APAC to plan retailer & retail staff trainings & events across APAC.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of existing retail partnership and new business development.
- Negotiating ongoing contracts with suppliers and customers making recommendations on commerciality.
- Analyse and interpret data to uncover successes/opportunities that will assist in identifying sales growth and new business opportunities.
- Provide regular, data-driven reports to the executive leadership team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions for continuous improvement.
- Provide 12-month rolling forecasts per retailer to Global Demand team, ensuring any changes in distribution, assortment, and potential new retailer is communicated.
- Partner with operations team to ensure that all orders are processed, invoiced, and shipped properly, ensuring internal processes for NetSuite are followed.
- Work with finance team on all invoicing and credit memo queries to ensure cost price is correct, and any promotional funding is calculated correctly.
- Play a key role in ensuring all accounts receivable issues related to the business are resolved swiftly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through the development and execution of successful business development strategies.
- Strong knowledge / experience of retail channels to include Bricks & Mortar, digital marketing strategies and experience with e-commerce platforms, understanding online sales funnels, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform business development initiatives.
- Extensive experience in building and managing relationships with key partners, distributors, and retailers.
- Success in negotiating and closing complex partnership agreements that align with business objectives and contribute to revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to successfully working in cross-cultural settings, demonstrating the ability to adapt and thrive in diverse work environments.
- Experience in managing international accounts and understanding the nuances of conducting business with clients from various cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by the job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
