
Partnerships Marketer

The Partnerships Marketer is responsible for driving brand growth through community marketing and building a collaborative ecosystem. This role works cross-functionally to create co-marketing initiatives, oversee partner engagement, and execute multi-channel campaigns that align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, negotiate, and onboard new partners to amplify brand presence.
- Initiate and manage co-marketing initiatives with partners—including digital campaigns, events, sponsorships, and joint promotions—to maximize reach and value.
- Serve as the primary contact for all partnership activities. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners, retailers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Track industry trends, analyze market data, and monitor competitor partnerships to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure that partner-driven campaigns are aligned with brand standards across all channels and touchpoints.
- Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of partner programs, including managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Performance Measurement
- Establish KPIs, track ROI, and present actionable insights through thorough campaign analysis.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, business development, or partnership management, ideally in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders

- Build and leverage relationships with key stakeholders to secure and activate new partnerships

- Lead partner insight research and generate regular performance reports
- Drive awareness through events, webinars, digital outreach, and co-marketing content
- Analyze campaign and partnership effectiveness to optimize future initiatives
