Roles & Responsibilities

  • Optimise performance of the global MNR KPIs via comprehensive cost investigation, validation of report accuracy and identifying anomalies through data driven analysis
  • Enhance and maintain existing cost KPI dashboards and reports to provide clear, actionable insights and improve overall cost and operational visibility for stakeholders
  • Drive the strategic development and management of key digital projects for the team
  • Serve as point of contact to queries, fostering strong collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Ensure high level of data integrity and standardization across all MNR platforms and associated business processes, implementing robust data governance practices
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and provide comprehensive functional support
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as directed by management, contributing to broader team and departmental objectives

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related business field
  • Experience of 3 to 5 years in digital operations, business analysis or data analytics
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, detect anomalies, and propose effective solutions
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines and drive initiatives from conception to completion
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to diverse audiences
  • Interpersonal & Collaboration: Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Proactive & Detail-Oriented: A self-starter with a meticulous approach to data accuracy and process adherence
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the organisation
  • Experience in equipment maintenance/repair or similar roles within the shipping/maritime industry will be advantageous
