**Job Description**:

- Observe and perform detail investigation in up-coming product problems in close cooperation with the Workshop Manager & Asst Manager, Technical/Training/ Warranty.
- Monitor repeat job (RJ) cases to ensure proper workflow diagnosis are carried out
- Provide support to workshop on matters relating to product and repair technology with information, advice and practical assistance where necessary.
- Distribution of technical literature and documentation to the workshops according to needs
- Collate and prepare report product problems according to Principal guidelines and follow-up closely for a solution.
- Conduct monthly technical meeting with Workshop Manager & Asst Manager, Technical/Training/ Warranty on the latest technical information and technical issues encountered in the workshop
- Provide support on special projects in close cooperation with the Aftersales Management Team.
- Establish/tabulate Technical Repair Manual for Non-Franchise operations covering continental brands like BMW, MB, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, VW, Volvo and etc
- Technical validation for 3rd Party Extended Warranty Program to support Warranty Claim Process (i.e., QBE/ Allianz)
- Technical validation for local accessories retro fitment for new cars & EV fleet.
- Communicate with factory over 1st level technical issues for Ford vehicles include Special Vehicles. Follow up with factory with the necessary information requested and propose repair recommendation where needed
- Assist Asst Manager, Technical/Training/ Warranty and Workshop Manager:
- o Planning, purchasing and distribution of diagnostic equipment and special tools.
- Collate and update operations code to upload into GDMS
- Conduct monthly audit review on warranty processing and parts replacement
- Support Workshop Foreman to oversee workshop operation.
- Coordinate and allocate Repair Orders to technicians
- Conduct test-drives and quality control checks inclusive of sub-contractor’s jobs.
- Review carries forward jobs closely with the Foreman
- Ensure quality repairs and meet all service standards pertaining to workshop
- Assist Sales and Marketing Department in the preparation of launch and press cars together with the retail operation.
- Assist and support CSAs:
- Conduct vehicle inspection checks and promote upselling
- Follow-up on complaint / RJ cases
- Test drive and provide technical advice to CSAs.

Job Requirements
- At least NTC 2 and or Diploma in automotive related discipline
- At least 3 years experience in supervisory role in vehicle workshop environment.
- Ability to interact with customer to explain and provide professional technical advice.
- Hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repairs for all marques
- Excellent vehicle diagnostic skills
