Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Partnership Executive to support the growth of our business by building and managing strong partner relationships. This role requires someone with a good understanding of financial terms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data using Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners to drive business growth.
  • Maintain partner databases, contracts, and performance trackers.
  • Work with internal teams to align partnership goals with company objectives.
  • Prepare partnership proposals, agreements, and reports.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance using Google Sheets and other tools.
  • Interpret financial terms in contracts (e.g., revenue share, margins, ROI, cost structures).
  • Provide clear and accurate financial updates to management.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of basic financial concepts (e.g., profit margins, forecasts, revenue models).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in partnerships, business development, or account management is an advantage.
