As a key member of the SISTIC Business Development and Marketing team, the Business Development and Partnerships Executive will play a crucial role in driving commercial outcomes for our ticketing technology company. This position will focus on developing business opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships across Singapore and the SEA region, with an emphasis on new clients, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and API collaborations.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base in Singapore and the SEA region, with a specific focus on corporate clients and potential API partnerships.
Gather market intelligence through networks, research, and industry insights to stay updated on the competitive landscape, identify key trends and risks, and formulate effective strategies and solutions that drive new or enhanced revenue streams for SISTIC. Provide regular feedback to senior management.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with corporations, promoters, and associations, identifying collaboration opportunities to further business development, including sponsorship agreements and API integration opportunities.
Take ownership of meeting annual sales targets, KPIs, and business goals by maintaining a robust sales pipeline with both traditional clients and those interested in SISTIC's innovative ticketing, data, marketing, and API solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships and deals to ensure alignment with company business and financial objectives. Identify and explore other commercial opportunities in the market.
Engage in business development and client entertainment activities when appropriate. Travel within the region as needed to fulfil business commitments and build relationships with potential partners and clients.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Client Success, UI/UX, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless onboarding and partnership management for our clients.
Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to identify ways to enhance our technology solutions and add value that aligns with prospects' business objectives, particularly in the realm of API partnerships and integrations.
Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and Marketing to develop a comprehensive partner strategy and business plan, focusing on key corporate partners and potential API collaborators, to achieve business goals. Introduce new and relevant partners and processes to increase SISTIC's attractiveness as a partner and generate revenue, with a special focus on nurturing API partnerships that complement our technological offerings.
Oversee existing partnerships, including performance tracking, identifying opportunities for growth, and negotiating partnership renewals, with a focus on maintaining strong relationships with key corporate sponsors and API collaborators.
Stay continuously updated on market needs, technology developments, trends, and competitive environments, with a specific focus on API developments and their potential impact on SISTIC's business model.
Handle regular day-to-day administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned, ensuring the smooth operation of partnership-related activities.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
