**THE ROLE - Partnerships & Business Development Executive**

Hegen offers an ambitious, relationship-oriented and go-getter Partnerships & Business Development Executive the opportunity to develop and manage partnerships with corporate clients and partners in Singapore. You will play a critical role in building strong relationships with existing and new partnerships, to understand their needs and propose new partnerships opportunities to aid the commercial goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop partnership strategies, including a framework for partnership models between Hegen and other industry players across different categories and sectors
- Maintain a good understanding of the brand and identify potential partners for collaboration
- Propose angles for collaboration and pitch to partners to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
- Analyse partnership proposals, assess merits of the partnership and propose recommendations on possible partnership models
- Be involved in negotiations with partners on collaboration details and execution of the partnership, including managing the different stakeholders involved
- Identify opportunities to grow local collaborations into long-term, strategic partnerships
- Track and analyse performance and effectiveness of partnerships to continually optimise partnership models
- Cultivate and manage accounts of existing corporate clients and partners to ensure maximum exposure and increased revenue
- Work with other departments in Hegen to ensure operational efficiency for the team, partners, and customers
- Gather market intelligence, spot new trends, competition mapping, and partnership strategies
- Assist Business Development Manager in preparing and/or analyse sales data and any ad-hoc tasks when required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or any related fields
- At least 1 -2 years’ experience in business partnerships or account management role
- Strong critical thinking skills, commercial sense, and in-market execution capability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent people & interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
- Flexible, adaptable, and resilient - Comfortable working in a high velocity start-up environment, with good time management and the ability to multi-task
- Results-oriented and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Prior working experience in consumer goods company will be advantageous
