The Opportunity

We are looking for an operations-focused Manager, Care Services to take full ownership of our daily homecare and assigned service operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and empowering our staff to deliver exceptional, personalized care to every client. Key Responsibilities:
As the Manager, Care Services, you will be responsible for the following core areas:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the entire day-to-day operations of homecare services, ensuring smooth workflows, regulatory compliance, and the highest quality of client care. Manage daily operations, leveraging prior experience in center/care management.
 - Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with Clinical Heads and Senior Management on strategic planning, including financial budgeting, manpower forecasting, and service pipeline development.
 - Process Improvement & Projects: Design, implement, and maintain effective operational workflows and procedures (SOPs). Lead or support projects focused on improving service quality, driving cost-savings, and increasing productivity and patient experience.
 - Quality & Risk Management: Lead quality improvement initiatives and audits. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and manage service recovery efforts to maintain high standards.
 - Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize service delivery processes.
 
Work Structure:
- Schedule: 5-day work week. The regular schedule is typically 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, subject to a 44-hour weekly schedule.
 - Flexibility: You must be flexible to handle work-related exigencies outside of regular office hours.
 
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
 - Experience: A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations and project management. MUST have prior experience managing a center or care setting.
 Skills:
Strong foundational understanding of the healthcare system.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build a team toward service excellence.
 - Highly analytical and meticulous, with excellent organizational and coordination skills.
 - Demonstrated capability to adapt, innovate, and drive change in a fast-paced setting.
 - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
