Care Therapist (Full-Time)

Location: Islandwide (assigned locations)

Salary: $1,900 – $4,000/month (basic plus incentive) (based on qualifications & experience)

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm; occasional Sat, 9am–1pm (2–3 times/year)

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate dementia therapy and provide home care services (ADLs)
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care aligned with therapeutic goals
  • Educate and support families and caregivers
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with care teams for effective service delivery
  • Attend mandatory training and participate in company events

Requirements***

  • GCE 'O' Level or above
  • Computer literacy and documentation skills
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (including occasional Saturdays)
  • CPR & AED certification (training provided)
  • Preference for candidates with experience in mental health and eldercare
