Aesthetic Therapist & Skin Specialist (Immediate Opening)
The Opportunity

At Avere Aesthetics, we provide bespoke skincare and luxury body therapies in a boutique clinical setting. We seek an internationally certified Aesthetic Therapist and Skin Specialist to support our medical team and offer exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a comprehensive range of premium skin and body treatments, including:

  • Advanced facials, deep cleanses, extractions, chemical peels, and hydrating/rejuvenating protocols

  • Body scrubs, exfoliation, and wrap treatments
  • Lymphatic and therapeutic massages, facial and body gua sha

  • Assist doctors during medical aesthetic treatments (e.g., microneedling, injectables, laser, energy-based procedures):

  • Preparing the client and clinical environment

  • Ensuring protocols for hygiene and safety are met
  • Anticipating doctors' needs and supporting optimal workflow
  • Providing pre- and post-treatment guidance and care
  • Advise clients on home care regimens, healing, and general skin wellness between doctor-administered procedures
  • Stay updated on the newest products, protocols, and post-care innovations relevant to the clinic
What We're Looking For
  • Certification: Internationally recognised diploma such as CIDESCO or CIBTAC (or equivalent)
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in clinical aesthetics or luxury spa settings
  • Skill Set: Expertise in clinical-grade facials, exfoliation, massage, scrubs, gua sha, and proficiency as a medical treatment assistant
  • Strong client communication, premium grooming, high standards of hygiene, and fluency in English are a must
  • Note: This role focuses on advanced hands-on therapies and clinic procedure support. Only those with skin/therapy qualifications and relevant experience will be considered.
