As a new team member

We are seeking a detail-oriented Media Planner (Full Time or Part Time) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various Web2 and Web3 platforms. A core component is developing accurate, well-structured, and insight-driven campaign plans that meet client objectives and budget constraints. The role ensures that media selections are strategically aligned with client goals, supported by strong rationale, and coordinated smoothly with vendors and internal teams. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and negotiation skills to effectively allocate budgets and secure optimal media placements. Success is reflected in the quality of planning output, clarity of proposals, timely coordination, and smooth transition from planning to campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and KPIs.

• Create media spot plans and full campaign proposals aligned with client requirements and performance goals.

• Match appropriate media resources (channels, formats, publishers, social platforms) to client briefs and budgets.

• Conduct audience, channel, case studies, benchmarks and competitive research to support media strategy and recommendations.

• Communicate and coordinate with media vendors, publishers, and internal teams to obtain rates, inventory, and campaign specs.

• Support campaign forecasting, pacing projections, and performance assumptions for proposal development.

• Prepare client-facing materials including flowcharts, rationale decks, post campaign reporting and budget allocations.

• Maintain updated records of media rates, benchmarks, inventory availability, and vendor contacts.

• Track industry trends and emerging media formats to improve planning quality and innovation.
Requirements

• Experience:
o 1–3 years of experience in media planning or digital advertising.
o Solid understanding of digital media channels (display, video, social, programmatic, in-app, in-game).

• Skills:
o Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret audience data, media metrics, and platform insights.
o Competent in Excel/Sheets, presentation tools, and campaign planning templates.
o Strong communication skills for liaising with vendors, publishers, and internal teams.
o Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
o Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to media spend.
o Familiarity with market research methods and audience targeting strategies.
o Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaign performance effectively.

• Bonus:
o Experience planning campaigns for Web3 Advertisers, gaming, or crypto-native brands.
o Familiarity with research tools such as SimilarWeb, Google Analytics, MediaRadar, or platform dashboards.
