**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator & Social Media Assistant to help us create engaging content that captures our brand's voice and helps connect with users on various social media platforms. In this role, you will support RhinoX Mobile’s content development by creating eye-catching social media posts, assisting with social media strategy, and driving user engagement through creative campaigns.

This contract/freelance role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media trends, and building a brand’s presence online. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely and collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and community teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:Develop creative and engaging content for RhinoX Mobile’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Post Scheduling & Management**:Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- **Social Media Engagement**:Actively engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content. Help foster a positive and inclusive online environment.
- **Content Research & Trend Tracking**:Stay up-to-date on current social media trends and insights, proposing new content ideas that align with trending topics and user interests.
- **Collaborate with Creative & Product Teams**:Work closely with the Creative Designer and Global Product Publishing Manager to align content with product updates, launches, and user engagement goals.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:Track social media metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and post performance, sharing key insights with the marketing team to inform content strategy.

**Key Deliverables**:

- High-quality, engaging social media content that aligns with RhinoX Mobile’s brand voice.
- Consistent posting and scheduling across multiple social media channels.
- Active social media community management, fostering positive user interactions.
- Insights and recommendations on social media trends to optimize content performance

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:1-2 years of experience in social media content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- **Skills**:Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends. Proficient in creating visually appealing posts, reels, and stories.
- **Content Tools**:Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar platforms for content creation. Experience with social media scheduling tools.
- **Collaboration**:Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams and follow content guidelines and strategies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing social media accounts for mobile apps, tech products, or digital services.
- Familiarity with analyzing social media performance and using metrics to inform strategy.
- Experience in working with user-generated content and incorporating it into social strategies.
