RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day branch sales and operations.
  • Motivate and manage a team of customer service, consultants and therapists to achieve their goals.
  • Ensure a high level of service quality and total customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, recommend and promote appropriate treatments and products to customers' needs.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Department on the execution of sales and promotional activities.
  • Build and establish relationship with customers.
  • Handle customers' feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.
  • Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least "O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required Skill(s): team management, sales and operations, consultation, customer service
  • At least 3 years of relevant supervisory/managerial level experience in the beauty/spa industry.
  • Candidate who has beauty/spa certificate will be an advantage.
  • Able to lead and mentor a team
  • Good communications and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Result driven and service oriented.
  • Strong aptitude in promotional techniques – without hard selling
  • Willing to work retail hours.
