**Beauty Sales Consultants**

**Job description**

**JOB HIGHLIGHTS**:
We are expanding and we are looking for experienced **Beauty Sales Consultants**, passionate, customer service-oriented, to anticipate customers’ need and recommend suitable treatments and products to them. You will be responsible for driving the sales and revenue growth of our services and products.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Promote and effectively represent and communicate our brand through passion and understanding of all our services and products to both new and existing customer
- Conduct consultations, recommend and sales of suitable treatments and packages to both new and existing customers depending on their needs
- Build and establish new customer prospects and nurturing a strong relationship with both new and existing customers to increase sales and repeat businesses
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain good after-sales relationships with customers
- Must have experience of handling & closing high sales
- To achieve, meet and exceed personal sales target and given overall outlet sales target
- Handle English and Mandarin-speaking customers with confidence and professionalism
- Handle front desk duties, attend to calls and basic appointment booking
- Ensure all enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the outlet's manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Aggressive Selling
- **MUST** have relevant sales consultant experience in the beauty & spa related industry
- Knowledge in skin and body treatments
- Good team player with a positive personality
- Willing to go the extra mile for both customers and company
- Sales driven and result-oriented
- Proven sales record
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Well-groomed with pleasant disposition and personality
- Responsible, good team player, fast learner & able to work independently
- Professional certification in beauty & spa industry will be an advantage
- Required languages: English and Mandarin in order to provide recommendation of products and treatments to both English and Mandarin speaking customers
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic PC skills

Work Location: Island wide (AMK / SIMEI / JURONG / ORCHARD) with easy access to MRT stations. Interested, whatsapp (+65) 90580172

Pay: $2,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
