Job scope:

  • Client Consultation & Sales

  • Conduct detailed consultations to assess clients' aesthetic concerns, skin conditions, and treatment goals.

  • Recommend suitable treatment plans, packages, and skincare solutions tailored to individual needs.
  • Build strong client relationships through follow-up care, progress tracking, and consistent engagement.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales and conversion targets through professional, ethical consultation.

  • Clinic & Team Operation

  • Support day-to-day clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, front-desk coordination, and service preparation.

  • Maintain outlet presentation, cleanliness, and adequate stock levels of products and consumables.
  • Participate in team briefings, training, and performance reviews, contributing to a positive, collaborative work culture

Requirement:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or luxury retail consulting.
  • Proven track record in sales performance and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, conversational in Mandarin (Other languages is an advantage for liaising with multilingual clients).
  • Professional, well-groomed, and confident demeanor with strong client engagement ability.
  • Service-oriented, self-motivated, and goal-driven with a positive, growth mindset.
  • Certification or diploma in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or related fields preferred.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
