Reporting to Reservations Manager, or whoever she might delegate to, be responsible for the operational requirements for reservations department including:

  • Respond to reservations enquiries (emails and calls) promptly with accuracy and efficiency with aim of maximizing revenue and rates
  • Manage and handle Group and FIT reservations using Property Management System with accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor and manage room availability and inventory and communicate to Reservation Manager, or whoever assigned to manage selling inventory on various portals
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction is consistently maintained
  • Generate required management reports daily e.g. No Show Report, Arrival Reports
  • Ensure accuracy in data and instructions input into system to ensure effective communication between departments to achieve high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Ensure accuracy in collection of all payment and billing instructions
  • Maximize group room allocation efficient through strategic planning
  • Any other tasks/projects as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Reservations/Customer Service/Administrative experience
  • Experience in Hospitality and/or knowledge of Opera is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, meticulous and attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
