Sales Role Description:
We are seeking for highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our dynamic team in the Finance Industry . This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are entrepreneurial in nature, driven by results, and eager to build their own success. The ideal candidate will be someone who can generate their own leads, take full ownership of the sales process and is focused on closing deals.
As a Sales Hunter , you will play a critical role in expanding our business by reaching out to prospective clients and developing lasting relationships. You will need to identify opportunities with business owners who require loans for various purposes, whether it be for expansion, working capital, equipment purchases, or other financial needs. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, with the potential for substantial rewards based on your success.

- Strong initiative with a proactive approach to sales
- Highly independent, able to work autonomously and manage your own workload
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Resilient and persistent in pursuing leads and navigating challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
Results-driven with a keen focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2B Sales by identifying and engaging with business owners who may benefit from our financial services
- Understand the specific needs of each business and tailor loan solutions accordingly
- Independently generate your own leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience
- Provide ongoing support and communication to clients, fostering long-term business relationships
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and outcomes in our CRM system
