**Responsibilities**
- Handle account opening, deposit, withdrawal, account operation, rate adjustment and other issues for high-net-worth clients
- up and track the account transactions of high-net-worth clients, receive and understand their needs and potential needs
- Assist manager in coordinating internal resources to meet customer needs
- Manage daily operations, administration, client care and relationship management.
- Ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operational duties including administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time.
- Work closely with managers and internal stakeholders, to deliver a superior client servicing experience
- Developing good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure high standard of customer satisfaction
- Customizes client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings etc.)
**Requirements**:
- Passionate about client servicing with situational adaptability (to work with clients of different backgrounds)
- Highly service oriented and passionate about client servicing
- Excellent communication skills, friendly and professional communication attitude
- Systematic, precise and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure
- A strong understanding of equities\bonds\futures etc. in the region
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin as you are required to work closely with our Chinese stakeholders based in China.
- 1-3 years of work experience, with strong data processing and analysis skills
- Ability to multitask
