**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage the shipping and logistics processes for the purchasing department.
- Prepare and handle all shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Manage and process Letters of Credit (L/C), ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to the purchasing department and addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers to confirm shipping schedules and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities, including documentation and transaction logs.
- Collaborate with the inventory and warehouse teams to coordinate the receipt and storage of incoming goods.
- Provide administrative support to the purchasing department, including filing and document management related to shipping activities.

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a shipping/logistics role.
- Knowledge of PO, SO, DO, invoicing, PFI, invoice preparation, and L/C documentation.
- Team player with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to start work within short notice or immediately.
