The Group has 2 core business segments: Employment Services, and Facilities Management Services encompassing Security, Cleaning, Pest Control, Landscaping, Smart Technologies, and Property & Facilities Management.
**We are looking for a Business Development cum Project Administrator to join our Smart Technologies team to support the administrative needs of our Smart Technologies Division through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.**
**Office Location**
- Tradehub 21 (Boon Lay Way; between Clementi & Jurong East MRT stations)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Arrange and coordinate meeting with clients (internal and external)
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on tasks
- Preparation of business proposals and quotations
- Preparation of monthly executive summary for management review
- Prepare and coordinate installation
- Customers relationship management
- Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Inventory Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in general office administration is a plus.
- Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
