**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development and Implementation**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase gym memberships and product sales.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine sales approaches.
- Set and meet ambitious sales targets through strategic planning.
- **Corporate Event Promotion and Management**:
- Proactively pursue corporate clients for event bookings, leveraging the gym’s unique facilities.
- Coordinate with operations for seamless event execution and develop tailored packages for corporate clients.
- **Marketing and Promotion Collaboration**:
- Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for gym services and events.
- Utilize digital marketing and social media to enhance visibility and attract new clients.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust as needed.
- **Program Development and Enhancement**:
- Collaborate with gym instructors to design and launch innovative fitness programs and climbing courses.
- Gather customer feedback to improve and diversify gym offerings.
- **Team Leadership and Performance Management**:
- Manage and mentor the sales team, setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
- Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
- **Client Relationship and Partnership Building**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and industry partners.
- Network to create opportunities for collaboration and sponsorship.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Oversee gym sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends to maintain the gym's competitive edge.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the fitness, sports, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Passion for fitness and knowledge of the climbing industry is a plus.
