**Job Details**

The Quality Assurance Lead is overall responsible to manage Company's quality management and development activities in accordance with all sound business practices and in accordance with directions from the Senior Management and the Board of Directors. The role is required to develop and maintain the quality/audit plans, police the use of company procedures through audits and internal reviews as well as perform Risk and Experience Management
- Lead, development and maintenance of corporate QA /project QA procedures and ISO certifications.
- Council the Projects on QA matters, establish and maintain the project's Quality Plan and Quality Control (QC) & QS plans.
- Review Quality Control Processes of the Project.
- Promote QA awareness and conduct QA related training programs, including Uni Sea, IFS and PULZ.
- Provide HSEQ and organization induction for all new employees.
- Oversee/implement the QA management system for projects and recommend improvements to Company HSEQ management systems.
- Schedule and lead all HSEQ audits for Projects.
- Perform QA audits, verifications and follow up findings from audits performed on the Project Management Team and other project entities to ensure proper response and also ensure that audits performed by Project Management Team are closed out in an orderly and timely fashion.
- Liaison with client and authorities on all QA matters.
- Participation in supplier review and selections.
- Maintain relations with suppliers and subcontractors to help develop new business opportunities for the Company.
- Ensure effective implementation of quality documentation requirement for the project and coordinates with DCC / Admin to ensure adequate filing system is set up for the filing of quality records.
- Monitor non-conformity (NC) handling, perform root cause analysis and follow-up investigations.
- Initiate corrective actions as required to maintain/correct quality deficiencies.
- Reviews any NCRs and approve any correct disposition from Contractors.
- Perform Risk Management and administrate and follow up on Risk Register
- Follow-up lessons learned and initiate improvements. Record lessons learned and ensure experience transfer.
- Participation as required in tenders, projects, FEED work

**Qualifications Required**
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Science
- At least 5 years of experience in managing QA related activities
- Possess a Lead Auditor certification in Quality Management System (QMS) and a minimum of 3 years of auditing experience.
- Computer literacy is mandatory at basic level of at least operating MS Office Packages programs such Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Sound knowledge of applicable management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to interact well with people at all levels in the organisation.
- Independent, resourceful, with initiative and a proactive attitude towards all aspects of quality from contract agreement to delivery.
- Good analytical and positive mind-sets and committed to achieve the overall project and organisation objectives.
