Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the inspection process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of QA inspectors, ensuring timely delivery of quality products.

This role is critical in maintaining the high standards of our semiconductor industry clients. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of quality assurance principles.

  • Lead a team of QA inspectors, providing guidance on daily operations and training new hires.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineers to develop work instructions and deploy them effectively.
  • Ensure raw materials, components, and finished products meet specifications and quality requirements.
  • Report non-conformances promptly and participate in root cause investigations as needed.
  • Support shift work and overtime when required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a proven track record of leading QA teams.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and illustrations.
  • Skilled in performing inspections under a microscope and using various metrology tools.
  • Familiarity with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows applications and email communication.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001.
  • Ability to perform tasks independently and as part of a team.
