Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee and enhance quality systems ensuring products meet specifications.

This position involves supporting continuous improvement by guiding teams in applying Quality Engineering tools and practices. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality systems and standards.

Develop and implement preventive measures to meet customer quality expectations.

Lead Material Review Board (MRB) meetings and follow through on actions for non-conforming materials.

Track First Time Quality (FTQ) metrics and lead improvement initiatives on key issues.

Manage customer return cases and ensure effective resolution and corrective actions.


Requirements:
  • A degree in Engineering or relevant studies is required.
  • At least 1 year of quality experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Key skills include: overseeing and enhancing quality systems, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, conducting audits, developing preventive measures, leading MRB meetings, tracking FTQ metrics, managing customer return cases.
