**Job**:
- Maintain the integrated Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) Management System and its documentation.
- Perform the document control of the QEHS Management System including processing, coordinating the review and approval, distributing and archiving.
- Plan and coordinate internal audits, its reporting and related activities.
- Provide support for external certification body’s audits and customers’ audits.
- Maintain the corrective action system and facilitate its activities to ensure timeliness, effectiveness and compliance of the system.
- Conduct supplier performance audit and evaluation.
- Provide support in managing and responding to customers’ and staff’s feed
backs.
- Facilitate continuous improvement programs, their reporting and related activities.
- Monitor trends of performances for continuous improvement.
- Provide support for QEHS management review.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support in maintaining and improving the organisation’s integrated QEHS Management System that meets ISO requirements.
- Provide support in managing the continuous improvement programs and cost saving initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Minimally Diploma or Degree in Quality or Engineering
- At least 3 years in relevant experiences
- Key Knowledge: ISO 9001:2015 requirements, internal audits and process improvement program.
- Key Skillsets: Documentation Control; Experience in 6 Sigma program will be of advantage
