Module Production Management Engineer

**Overview**

This position is responsible for managing all module areas (i.e Suspension, PE, Cockpit, FEM, Frt/Rr bumpers, Door and sub-assembly from Depot). He/she will also be responsible for managing module production plans/process statuses/results and analysis on the system & shop floor, as well as module BOM and engineering change order.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**[Production Planning]**
- Initial point of contact for module production plan
- Monitor HMGICS production plan changes, irregular orders
- Production plan adjustment with planning managers as needed (in case of logistics, production, quality issues)
- Maintain JIS lead time information
- Collect and maintain production index in MES, ERP or manual
- Analyse down time at Module area
- Making irregular plant comprehensive report
- Support/perform special project and respond to Korean headquarters

**[SPEC Control]**
- Initial point of contact for Engineering Change including BOM
- SAP Material Master management - create part numbers and maintain info (MRP view, Work center, Routing, Production version, Standard cost, Module no.)
- Maintain SAP PP Module process and implementation (LTP, MRP, PIR, Backlog, Production result adjustment complete/component)
- Maintain production BOM in SAP/MES (Part no, Material information, Effective Point Information)
- Material consumption tracking for material closing and inventory accuracy (weekly, Monthly)
- Maintain and distribute PART LIST MASTER to all department
- Able to track material history for obsolescence or gain/loss items
- Follow up with IT team for SAP system improvement in user stand point
- Coordinate EO implementation with all plant departments
- Manage EO part changes (EC alert, 1st sequence recording, EO communications internal/external)
- EO info management (participate in EC meetings, track upcoming EC) and maintain EO systems (SAP, Global EO, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Just In Sequence process and system in Automotive industry
- SAP(PP/MM/SD/BOM module) and MES experience
- Analytical skills in engineering drawing
- Problem-solving skills in plant production management
- Fluent in English Language (Written & Spoken)
