Overview

Role: Process Module Manager

Location: Yantai, China

Open to: Singaporean, Malaysian and Indonesian

Position Overview

The Process Module Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the commissioning of process module systems. The role requires strong technical expertise in chemical equipment production and LNG processes, along with excellent coordination and communication skills to work with both local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive commissioning plans for process module systems.
  • Lead and manage all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams, foreign shipowners, and suppliers to ensure successful system integration and delivery.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during commissioning and start-up phases.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve commissioning milestones and operational readiness.
  • Document and report progress, issues, and resolutions throughout the commissioning process.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (full-time).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in chemical equipment production and commissioning.
  • Solid knowledge of LNG processes and associated equipment.
  • Strong proficiency in English (professional working level) for communication with international shipowners and suppliers.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Strong character with the ability to work under pressure and manage cross-functional teams.
